A Customized Full Mouth Dental Treatment Plan For You Under One Roof

Long-Lasting, Life-Changing Dental Implants

For individuals with a full mouth of missing teeth and who’ve been told they’re ineligible for implant-retained dentures, the reason might be that the jawbone is too weak to serve as a solid foundation for implants.

This type of news can be hard to take, but fortunately, at Pearl Dental Associates, our team can restore smiles with All-On-4 dental implants. This unique alternative to traditional implants uses strategically placed implants in areas that do not require bone grafting or sinus lift procedures.

In one day, you can have your implants placed and be fitted with a temporary restoration, giving you a complete smile the same day you arrive.

How do all-on-4 Implants work?

When pursuing treatment with All-On-4 dental implants, our team will use 4 titanium implant posts that mimic your natural tooth root and surgically place them in your jawbone.

Based on your X-rays, we will evaluate which areas will receive implants and carefully position them at 45-degree angles. This prevents an implant from being placed in an area that would need a bone graft or sinus lift to effectively stabilize the implant and restoration.

Once they are positioned and your implant dentist is satisfied with their stability, we will secure a temporary denture into place, giving you “teeth in a day.”

For the next several months, you can expect your implants to fuse to the bone and surrounding tissue in a process known as osseointegration. This must be successful in order for your new smile to last decades or more.

Am I A Candidate For All-on-4 Implants

There are only a few factors that could keep you from receiving treatment with All-On-4. These include:

What are the benefits of all-on-4 implants?

Apart from not having to undergo additional procedures (i.e. bone graft or sinus lift), there are many benefits associated with All-On-4, such as:
All-On-4 makes it possible to have a fully restored smile from the root up. Regular dentures do not stimulate the jawbone, as they simply sit on top of the gum line. With implants, they act like the tooth’s root, giving your bone what it needs to stay strong and durable.
No one wants to spend money on something that isn’t going to last. With All-On-4, you don’t have to worry about the longevity of your investment because they’re designed to last decades if not a lifetime.
Embarrassed by your missing teeth? You can smile freely and have increased confidence with All-On-4. When you have a smile you’re happy with, you’ll be more likely to show it off and feel comfortable doing so.

All-On-4 vs. traditional dental implants

Dental implants of all kinds are considered a superior solution to traditional dentures, bridges and crowns, and partials.

However, when it comes to comparing All-On-4 against traditional dental implants, there are some differences that a prospective patient should not overlook, including:
