What to Expect When You Apply

Step 4 — In-Office Interview

Next, you’ll visit Pearl for an in-person interview with our Director of Operations and Dr. Salem. We’ll dive deeper into the position, get to know you beyond your resume, and give you the chance to ask questions and learn more about our practice.

Step 5 — Office Shadow

Depending on the position, we may invite you to spend some time shadowing our team. You’ll see how the office operates day to day, meet more of the people you could be working with, and get a feel for what it’s actually like to be part of Pearl.

Step 6 — Offer & Onboarding

If it’s a match, we’ll extend an offer with a clear breakdown of compensation and benefits. Once you accept, we’ll set your start date and create a structured onboarding plan so you feel supported, prepared, and confident from day one.

About the Role:

A well-built schedule is what makes a practice run. In this role you’ll own the calendar — filling openings, minimizing gaps, managing recall, and making sure patients get the appointment they need at a time that actually works for them.
